As a mental health Occupational Therapist my practice includes providing supportive counselling, coaching, and education to empower you better manage:

  • Stress and emotional reactivity

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Low mood, depression

  • Loss of motivation

  • Feeling stuck

  • Sleep challenges, and more

 

Many of the evidenced-based interventions I offer have also been helpful in my own life, but the biggest help of all can be simply having someone who is on your side, willing to listen, and provide meaningful support. Many of my clients are young adults or parents of young children who are seeking support as they navigate big life transitions. Whatever your reason for reaching out, I would be happy to chat with you over the phone for a free consultation, to see if working together is a good fit. 

My practice is client-centred, trauma informed, and a collaborative process. You are the expert of your own life and challenges, and I am here to support you meet your goals. 

 

 

SERVICE DETAILS

Individual Counselling Fees

$140 per 55 minute session.

Sliding scale fees available.  Please contact for more information

Individual sessions are 55 minutes in duration unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Payments may be made by e-transfer, and all major credit cards.  Clients with extended health benefits may be eligible for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Sessions missed without notice or with less than 24 hours notice are subject to charge of 50% of the session fee. Sessions may be cancelled by email.

Location

Sessions take place either online via a secure virtual therapy software OR in person at my office at Union Yoga, at Bloor & Ossington. 

I currently have availability for new clients on Monday afternoons, and Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays before 4 pm.

 

 

Privacy and Confidentiality

 

All documentation (electronic and hard copy) are safely stored and protected in adherence with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).
